Rebecca Faulk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2007, they worked as a Produce Sales and Logistics Representative at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Immigrant Children's Legal and Service Partnership Project Coordinator at the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center. In 2009, they worked as a Public Policy Intern at NAFSA: Association of International Educators. In 2010, they had two internships, one as a Public-Private Partnerships Strategy Intern at World Vision and another as a Federal Human Capital Summer Associate at Deloitte Consulting. In 2011, they interned as a Cooperative Grants Program Intern at the US Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) and also started working at Deloitte as a Consultant. Rebecca continued their career at Deloitte, progressing to the role of Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2016. During their time there, they took a career pause with The Mom Project from 2016 onwards. In 2019, they worked as a Learning Facilitator at the London Business School. Finally, in 2021, they briefly worked as a Sr. IT Change Manager at Alterra Mountain Company.

Rebecca Faulk completed their education at various institutions. In 2002, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, majoring in History and minoring in Spanish. Rebecca successfully obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006. During their time at the University of South Carolina, they also pursued a semester abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla in 2005, focusing on Spanish Language and History.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Rebecca Faulk furthered their education at The George Washington University, starting in 2009. Rebecca pursued a Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in Public-Private Policy and Management. In 2011, they successfully completed their master's program.
