Michael Deutschmann

Michael Deutschmann is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Controller at Morey since December 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Controller for UPG Enterprises LLC's Flat Roll Group from May 2022 to December 2024, after serving as Sr Manager of General Accounting. Michael's earlier experience includes significant roles at Miller, Cooper & Co., Ltd., where responsibilities ranged from Audit Supervisor to Audit Associate, and at Legacy Professionals LLP as a Staff Accountant. Michael began a career in accounting at Walgreens as a State and Local Income Tax Intern. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University.
