Bette Jo Broome

Bette Jo Broome has extensive experience in accounting and product registrations, spanning over three decades. Currently retired, Bette Jo worked at The Mosaic Company from November 2007, holding roles such as Product Registrations Specialist and PCQI, where responsibilities included managing commercial feed and fertilizer licenses, product registrations, and compliance reporting across 47 states. Prior to this, Bette Jo served as a Business Analyst on the Integrated Business Planning Project, focusing on automating supply and demand planning. Previous positions include Accounting Lead and Corporate Controller in various companies, including Meadow Burke and Blasters, Inc., with a strong emphasis on supply chain costing and financial reporting. Bette Jo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned in 1987.
