Carla Reno

Carla Reno is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for South America at The Mosaic Company since September 2023, Carla previously held the title of Sr People Business Partner for Latin America at Google and occupied a series of senior HR positions at GE Renewable Energy, where responsibilities included leadership in grid solutions and global talent development. Carla's earlier roles include Human Resources Leader for Latin America at The Dow Chemical Company and HR Business Partner at SAP Brazil. Carla holds an MBA from Ohio University, an extension in Human Resources from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
