Jacqueline Oliver currently serves as the Director of IT Digital Delivery for Operations, Maintenance, and EHS at The Mosaic Company, where responsibilities include bridging technology and business, as well as creating and executing technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held various positions at The Mosaic Company, including IT Product Owner - Operations, where focus ranged from developing operational roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs to aligning IT and business functions for digitalization. Experience also includes leadership in advanced process control teams, driving significant value through strategic initiatives, and managing production teams in sulfuric and phosphoric acid environments. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering & Biology from the University of South Florida.
