Lenny Herman

Lenny Herman currently serves as Transformation Lead at The Mosaic Company since May 2023, following experience as Continuous Improvement Manager at Textron Systems from April 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team on continuous improvement projects and providing project status reports. Prior roles at Textron include Value Stream Manager, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality across production departments, and various positions at Bell Helicopter, where responsibilities spanned logistics, supply chain management, and environmental health. Lenny also held roles at Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems and Freightliner, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement initiatives and quality management. Lenny is pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.
