Rob Werner

Rob Werner is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at The Mosaic Company since December 2020. Previously, Rob held positions including Engineering Advisor for Concentrates and Manager of Water Planning & Operations at The Mosaic Company. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Geotechnical Engineer at S&ME from March 2019 to January 2021 and Senior Consultant at Ardaman & Associates from July 1990 to August 2018. Rob Werner holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, attained between 1988 and 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 1988.
