Katie Smith

Katie Smith is an accomplished financial professional with a robust background in real estate and capital markets. Currently serving as the First Vice President and Manager of Real Estate at The National Bank of Indianapolis since May 2021, Katie previously held significant roles at Milhaus, where responsibilities included Vice President of Capital Markets and Vice President of Debt Capital Markets from August 2017 to May 2021. Prior to that, Katie was the Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at Mainstreet from January 2015 to March 2017 and spent over a decade at Regions Bank in various capacities, including Vice President and Public, Institution, Not for Profit Relationship Manager. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington between 1997 and 2001.
