Sabina Wikgren Orstam

Sabina Wikgren Orstam currently serves as Avdelningschef at Socialstyrelsen since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sabina held the position of Avdelningschef at IVO Inspektionen för vård och omsorg from 2013 to December 2022. Sabina also worked as Sektionschef at Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting (SKL) from 2006 to 2013, Förvaltningschef at Sigtuna kommun from 2003 to 2006, and Avdelningschef at Solna stad from 1998 to 2003. Sabina's educational background includes participation in the Trust-For Executive Women program from January 2019 to November 2020, completion of the Offentliga sektorns managementprogram at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, IFL, from 2003 to 2004, and obtaining a Socionomexamen from Stockholm University between 1985 and 1988.
