Alex Liew is an accomplished professional serving as the Chairman of PIKOM, The National Tech Association of Malaysia since November 2016, with previous roles as Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Councillor. In addition, Alex has been the Executive Director of Glocomp Systems (M) Sdn Bhd since July 1997 and serves as a Council Member for the Master Builders Association Malaysia since February 2021. Alex is actively engaged in advocating for digital transformation, automation, and robotics in the construction industry to enhance competitiveness in Malaysia and the region, also holding leadership positions in the ICT, Automation, and Robotics sectors. Alex holds a degree from the University of Malaya, completed between 1997 and 2000.
