La'Toya Jackson-Morgan

La'Toya Jackson-Morgan is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the AVP of the Project Management Office at the National Water Commission since January 2008. Responsibilities include assessing water supply and sewerage service levels in Jamaica and developing strategies for improvement over the medium and long term. Previous roles have included Project Manager for Inter-American Development Bank loan funded projects, AVP K-Factor Programme Manager, and Systems Planning Engineer. La'Toya has also taught Mathematics and Physics at various high schools in Clarendon, Jamaica. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from The University of the West Indies, multiple certificates in public procurement and waterworks engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
