Dawn Denvir

Dawn Denvir, SPHR, is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, talent management, and organizational change. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at The Nature Conservancy since January 2018, Dawn manages a team dedicated to integrating performance management and career navigation into talent management processes. Previous roles include Talent Development Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, Chief of Organizational Learning and Development at UNICEF, and Chief of the Civilian Training Section for the UN's Department of Peacekeeping Operations. Dawn's expertise is underpinned by academic credentials, including a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut.
