Sarah Rose Belok

Sarah Rose Belok currently serves as an Agile Team Coach at The Nature Conservancy since June 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Team Learning and People Development at Alley from July 2019 to July 2023, where efforts were directed towards cultivating people-first company cultures, implementing agile methodologies, and fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility throughout the organization. Prior to this, Sarah worked as an Agile Process Leader at Alley and instructed Transcendental Meditation at The David Lynch Foundation, overseeing staff training and program improvement. Additional roles include Program Site Director at Brooklyn Urban Garden Charter School, co-leading the ‘RIDES’ project at Harvard University, and serving as Lower School Head Teacher at Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Maharishi International University.
