Umesh Yadav

Umesh Yadav is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in establishing enterprise technology strategies and architectures. Currently serving as Chief Technologist and Head of Architecture & Strategy at The Nature Conservancy since March 2021, Umesh focuses on advancing the organization's conservation mission through innovative IT solutions. Previously, Umesh held several senior roles at The College Board, including Executive Director, where strategic implementation of technical initiatives supported significant projects such as the AP Test@Home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Umesh's career also includes significant contributions at Fannie Mae, managing critical financial applications and overseeing budgets exceeding $20 million. Umesh's educational background includes a CIO Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in IT Business Management from American University.
