Richard Stum

Richard Stum has extensive experience in both educational and youth ministry roles. Since 1988, Richard has served as a Staff Representative at The Navigators, focusing on mentoring teenagers and developing Christian ministry leaders. Additionally, Richard holds the position of Director of NavYouth, the national youth ministry of The Navigators. Prior to this, Richard worked at Howard County Public Schools from 1976 to 1995 as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher and later as Mathematics Department Chairman, where responsibilities included staff scheduling and evaluations. Richard Stum earned a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Franklin & Marshall College.
