Emma Strong

Emma Strong is currently the Garden Manager at The Nelson Trust, leading a project that employs a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach in horticulture to empower individuals for community reintegration. Emma has a diverse professional background, including roles as Head Gardener at Audley Villages, Account Manager at Hilti Great Britain, and Marketing Coordinator at Bredon School, where skills in strategic marketing and business development were developed. Previous experience as Managing Director of Strong Farms showcased expertise in agricultural management, and early roles in property negotiation and management established a foundation in client relations and project management. Emma holds an HND in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services from Bicton College of Agriculture.
