Currently serving as a Hospitality and Retail Board Member at Pennies since May 2024, Rod has held several leadership positions, including Executive Chairman at The New World Trading Company and Non Executive Chairman at Megan's Restaurants and ONroute. With a background that includes roles as an International CEO and a Non Executive Director at various establishments such as Autobahn Tank & Rast Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG and Sticks'n'Sushi, Rod has a proven track record in operational and financial management. Prior to recent roles, Rod served as Chief Executive Officer at Welcome Break from August 2001 to June 2017, overseeing all aspects of the company.
