Lalitaa Isahack

Lalitaa Isahack, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at The New York Academy of Sciences, a position held since October 2010, where responsibilities include the administration and evaluation of HR functions, policy development, and workforce management. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and as Human Resources Advisor at Bombardier Transportation from August 2005 to April 2010, providing HR support across multiple locations in the US. Lalitaa Isahack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College and a certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
