James Roldan

James Roldan is an experienced broadcast professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Camera Operator/Video shader at The New York Racing Association since March 2014, James contributes to the live racing show "America's Day At the Races" on FS1, FS2, and SNY Networks, while also managing equipment setup and training new operators. Additionally, as a Camera Operator for Media2 since September 2022, James covers NHL New York Islanders games and various sporting events at UBS Arena. Previously, James worked at PBS as a News Videographer/Editor for the Emmy Award-winning "Nightly Business Report" and at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. as a Freelance Camera Operator for diverse sporting events. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Marist College.
