Josh Wooldridge

Josh Wooldridge is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at The NRP Group LLC since March 2017, Josh has previously held the role of Vice President of Development at the same company. Prior to this, Josh worked at The Bainbridge Companies from August 2010 to February 2017 as Senior Development Director and began a career at Trammell Crow Residential from 2002 to 2010 as a Development Associate. Academically, Josh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Urban Planning from the University of Maryland, completed between 1998 and 2002.
