Paschalis Loucaides is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and brand management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ocean Bottle since August 2024, Paschalis previously held leadership roles at Too Good To Go, where the focus was on combating food waste, and CUT AND GRIND BURGERS LTD as the Founder of an award-winning sustainable restaurant. Earlier career highlights include overseeing retail operations at Vue Entertainment, and serving as Marketing Director for both Tesco PLC and Carluccio's, among others. Paschalis's diverse educational background includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Cambridge and executive education from respected institutions such as the London School of Economics and London Business School.
