Jesse Alcantara

Jesse Alcantara is an experienced healthcare professional and aspiring full-stack developer with a robust background in nursing and management. Currently serving as Project Leader in Digital Health IT at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Jesse has held various nursing roles including Registered Nurse in Emergency and Critical Care settings, as well as positions in telemetry. Jesse has complemented this healthcare experience with managerial roles in strategy and operations at organizations such as J&S Auto and Wireless Advocates. Pursuing full-stack development through The Odin Project and App Academy, Jesse has gained proficiency in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Rails, Git, and SQL. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Zicklin School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University, and an Associate of Arts from SUNY Westchester Community College.
