Benjamin Johnson

Benjamin Johnson has extensive experience in media and public relations, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at The Ohio State University since February 2016, with previous roles as Senior Director and Director within the same department. Prior to this, Benjamin led communications for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as Director of Communications, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and managing a significant $3.5 billion agency's communications strategies. Other notable positions include Placement Coordinator at Ohio Center for Broadcasting and various roles in radio as Host, Executive Producer, and News Director. Benjamin holds a Master of Public Administration and Leadership from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications/Auditory Technology from Indiana University Bloomington.
