Simon Lanyon

Simon Lanyon is an experienced real estate professional with significant expertise in investment and asset management. Currently serving as Co Head of Real Estate and Investment & Asset Management Director at The Olayan Group since February 2021, Simon previously held director positions at CANMOOR and Citygrove Securities PLC, where responsibilities included identifying and securing real estate opportunities across the UK and Europe and overseeing asset management. Earlier roles include various positions at SEGRO plc, Brixton plc, and Atisreal, focusing on investment, leasing, and asset management. Simon holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Exeter and completed education at the College of Estate Management from 2005 to 2007.
