Allison Hollihan, LMHC, is a Senior Policy Manager at The Osborne Association, leading the Osborne Center for Justice Across Generations since February 2012, focusing on the needs of children with incarcerated parents through the New York Initiative for Children of Incarcerated Parents (NYCIP). Prior roles include Program Manager for the NY Initiative for Children of Incarcerated Parents and Televisiting at the Center for New York City Affairs, and Research Assistant at Children's Home + Aid Society of Illinois. With a background in foster care management, Allison has held positions as a Foster Care Supervisor and Foster Care Case Manager at Ask 4. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Social Urban Policy Analysis from Milano, The New School for Management and Urban Policy, an M.Ed. in Psychology in Education, and a B.S. in Psychology, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
