Janhavi Ruparel

Janhavi Ruparel is a seasoned college and career counselor with extensive experience in educational guidance, currently serving as a College Counsellor at Ascend International School and an Action & Governance Board Member at The Outreach Collective. Janhavi has previously held leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Counselling at Cialfo and College and Career Counsellor at Don Bosco International School, where notable achievements included implementing counseling policies and managing various student programs. As EUMIND Coordinator at DSB International School - Deutsche Schule Bombay, Janhavi established a university guidance counseling center and coordinated numerous university visits.
