Dana Aspero

Dana Aspero, RN, currently serves as the Director of Hospice at The Overlook since March 2024. Prior to this role, Dana held the position of Hospice Clinical Manager at VNA Care from July 2023 to March 2024. With extensive experience in clinical operations, Dana was the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Ascend Health from October 2015 to May 2023 and previously served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Brookhaven Hospice and Director of Clinical Services at Overlook Hospice. Dana also worked as the Regional Clinical Director at Beacon Hospice and the RN Regional Manager at Care Alternatives Hospice, where responsibilities included case management and regional oversight. Earlier career roles include serving as Assistant Director of Nursing at Kindred Healthcare. Dana holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Quinsigamond Community College.
