Simon Griffiths

Simon Griffiths is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as the Director of Entertainment at The Palace Group since June 2020. Prior to this role, Simon operated Star Door Entertainment as the Owner, managing client and vendor relationships while overseeing recruitment campaigns for event staff from April 2016 to June 2020. Simon's extensive background includes a long tenure at Carnival Corporation from 1990 to April 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of Show Direction to Senior Shoreside Show Supervisor and Company Manager/Performer. Simon holds a degree from Trinity Laban and completed studies at Neath Tertiary College.
