Sloane Fowkes

Sloane Fowkes, LCSW, has a comprehensive background in social work, with extensive experience in housing supportive services. Currently serving as the Director of the Housing Supportive Services Program at The People Concern, Sloane has also held positions including Assistant Director in both the Housing Supportive Services Program and Permanent Supportive Housing. Prior roles include social work positions at KeystoneCare Home Care and Hospice and Social Work PRN Inc, as well as a social work internship at Abramson Cancer Center. Sloane Fowkes holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Dickinson College.
