Sydney Durand

Sydney Durand is a seasoned professional in philanthropic advancement and program management, currently serving as the Director of Philanthropic Advancement and Regional Director at The Phoenix since January 2016. Sydney's responsibilities include leading program strategy and team development to enhance offerings across New England, alongside driving fundraising initiatives and stakeholder relationships to boost funding in key markets. Previous experience includes roles at RIZE Massachusetts as Program Manager and Special Projects Manager, and significant contributions to the Boston Newmarket Business Association as a member of the Program Strategy Committee.
