Jens Erik Bjørklund Lysdahl has worked in a variety of positions at GRUNDFOS, a Danish company that manufactures pumps and other equipment for water supply and treatment. Jens began as a Production Technician in 2006 and was promoted to Production Leader in 2010. In 2012, they became a Lean Project Leader, responsible for optimizing the company's value chain, coaching employees in Lean tools, and training employees in Lean principles. Jens also oversaw the financial aspects of the projects and reported to management. In 2015, they became a Production Engineer, providing technical support for pressure casting (processes and tools), overseeing production activities, and coordinating visuals. Jens also optimized processes and provided countermeasures in case of deviations. In 2017, they were elected by employees to the Board of Directors and served until 2019, when they left the organization. Currently, they are an employee representative at the Grundfos Foundation.
Jens Erik Bjørklund Lysdahl has completed the following courses: Enkeltfag merkonom in Ledelse from Randers Handels skole, Six Sigma Black Belt in Proces optimering from Grundfos A/S, Rørsmed in Håndværksfaget from Herning teknisk skole, Coaching from Rambøll Management Consulting attractor, Bestyrelses arbejde i erhvervsfonde Masterclass from Copenhagen Business School, and Forandringsledelse from VIA University College. Jens also holds certifications from EUMETROLOGY Kft. in GPS Certification, Dansk bodybuilding og fitness forbund in Guld Diplom instruktør, Grundfos GMA in Six Sigma Black belt, Mercentec in Hot Work, and Bühler Group in Buhler Diecasting.
