Samuel Klemarczyk

Samuel Klemarczyk is a Corporate Facilitator in Partner Education at The Predictive Index, where responsibilities include training over 1,000 Talent Optimization Consultants globally and aligning people strategy with business outcomes. Klemarczyk has also held various educational roles, including 8th Grade Science Teacher and Boys' Basketball Coach in North Carolina, and has been a Co-Camp Director and Programs Director for RYLA since 2011. Additional experience includes facilitating youth programs and wilderness expeditions, along with leadership roles in student organizations during undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island. Klemarczyk earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Rhode Island and a Middle Grades Teaching License from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
