Nicole Kurash

Nicole Kurash is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health and addiction fields. Since January 2020, Nicole has been employed at The Primary Health Network, providing comprehensive support services. Prior to this role, Nicole served as an Intake Specialist at Addiction Campuses from December 2017 to January 2020 and as the Director at Gateway Rehab from January 2010 to December 2017. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a degree in Social Work from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1998 and 2000.
