Dot Hatton

Dot Hatton has extensive experience in project and program management within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Programme Manager at Principality Building Society since March 2018, Dot previously held various roles including Contract Programme Manager and Contract Senior Project Manager at Lloyds Banking Group from 2012 to 2017. Other notable positions include IT Director at In Retirement Services Ltd and Project Director at FIS Software. Dot began the professional career in 1987 as a Senior Developer/Project Manager at NPI after earning a BSc in Maths for Business Analysis from Glasgow Caledonian University.
