Nick May

Nick May is an experienced professional in property consultancy and management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at The Property Group Limited (TPG) since February 2016. TPG is recognized as New Zealand’s largest specialist property consultancy, providing technical excellence across various property services. Prior to this role, Nick held multiple senior positions at NAB from January 2008 to February 2016, including General Manager of Property and Procurement, and Head of Procurement. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Procurement and Regional Property, Project & Asset Management Advisor at MYER from December 2003 to December 2007, and as an Asset Management and Project Management Advisor at Knight Frank from December 2000 to November 2003. Nick May holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance & Property, both from Massey University.
