Carsten Balvits

Carsten Balvits is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as the Head of Production at The Protein Kitchen since October 2016, Carsten has a robust background including positions such as Kitchen Chef at Cofoco and British Embassy Copenhagen, as well as Sous Chef at SNE & SNÖ og VALLUGA Skirejser A/S and Simply Cooking A/S. Earlier culinary roles include Cook at Dragsholm Slot and Simply Cooking A/S, and Cook Assistant at Cofoco. Carsten holds a Gastronom, Kok degree from Hotel- og restaurantskolen, completed between 2005 and 2009.
