Ella Berry

Ella Berry currently serves as the Associate Director of People Experience at The Public Good Projects, a role held since January 2022, where responsibilities include advising the senior leadership team on leadership, management, and staff development while assessing and implementing the organization's human capital strategy. Prior to this, Ella Berry worked at the YMCA of San Diego County from January 2008 to January 2022, holding several positions including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Senior Program Director, and Program Director. Educational qualifications include a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Cornell University's ILR School and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of San Diego.
