Toluwani Victor Aliu

Toluwani Victor Aliu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and technology, currently serving as the Strategy and Technology Lead and Co-Founder at Upsurge Foundation since December 2016. As Coordinator of the Chairperson’s Taskforce for the Commonwealth Students' Association and a Young Leader with The Queen's Commonwealth Trust, Toluwani also demonstrates leadership in youth initiatives. Previous roles include Chief Host of TeenExpressions Radio at TEENNATION, On Air Personality at LeadCity89.1FM, and Ashoka Young Change Maker with Ashoka Africa. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Policing, Law Enforcement, Intelligence and Security from the University of Chester, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Security Studies from Lead City University, and ongoing studies for a Mini MBA in Venture Management at Lagos Business School.
