Namitha C. currently serves as a Project Manufacturing Engineer 2 at The Raymond Corporation since June 2023. Previously, Namitha held positions at Volvo Group as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op and Manufacturing Engineering Intern, contributing to significant improvements in trade compliance and cost estimation for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles projects through rigorous data analysis and forecasting. Namitha also gained valuable experience as an Operations Intern at Enparadigm, a Mechanical Design Engineering intern at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd., and as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Ace Designers Limited, where skills in technical documentation and industrial automation were developed.
