Syed Hassan Ahmed

Syed Hassan Ahmed is an experienced professional in environmental strategy and consulting, currently serving as Associate Director of Environmental Strategy Planning and Appraisal at Red Sea Global since November 2023. Previously, Syed held the position of Head of Environmental Practices for The LINE at NEOM from August 2023 to March 2024 and worked as Principal Environmental Consultant at Atkins from May 2017 to March 2024, overseeing numerous environmental projects across the Middle East. Additional roles include Environmental and Sustainability Lead at HS2 Ltd, Environmental Manager at AECOM, and various environmental positions at CDM Smith, Saipem, Halcrow, and Hagler Bailly Pakistan. Syed holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Peshawar.
