Aldo Tesi

Aldo J. Tesi is Chairman and CEO of Election Systems and Software (ES&S), the world’s largest election service provider for governments. In Mr. Tesi’s leadership role at ES&S, he successfully led market expansion during the Help America Vote Act shift to new voting systems across the county winning 58% of the market decisions. He spearheaded a successful acquisition and integration of ES&S's largest competitor and he expanded the depth of product and service solutions for the election industry. Over the last 13 years, he also expanded ES&S domestic market share from 34% to 62% and established a shift to a broad recurring revenue base with both contractual and election-driven services.

Prior to his ES&S experience, Mr. Tesi was President of First Data Resources, the credit card division under First Data Corporation. During his 20 years at First Data, he held many diverse positions and was credited with the growth of First Data’s Visa and MasterCard market share to 52%. He expanded the base business with the introduction of new vertically aligned products and with market expansion into Mexico with new bank alliances and the United Kingdom with the acquisition of Signet Limited.
