Jan Miller

Jan Miller is the founder of a consulting practice that serves small to medium size clients in multiple Human Resource areas. Before founding Jan Miller Consulting, she spent over 30 years at The Gallup Organization where her expertise spanned from the development of scientific selection instruments and executive coaching to organizational and reorganization consulting. Over the course of 30-plus years, Ms. Miller has been instrumental in client acquisition, client development, and client retention. Her history of retaining and working with the same client year over year results in a 13-year average. Many of these clients are known brands including Disney, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Stryker, Harley- Davidson, and U.S. Bank. Prior to Gallup, Ms. Miller was employed in social services. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
