Bret Edlund

Bret Edlund is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Resort at Paws Up since April 2021. Prior to this role, Bret held the position of Chef de Cuisine at Crawford and Son from June 2016 to October 2020, and at Standard Foods from November 2014 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Blackbird, One Off Hospitality from April 2012 to November 2014, and Chef de Partie at the Georgian Room, Sea Island Resort from June 2007 to May 2012. Bret Edlund studied at the New England Culinary Institute, earning an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training between 2006 and 2007.
