Richard Carder

Richard Carder serves as the Director of Data Strategy and Insights at The Richard L. Duchossois Foundation, focusing on integrating data into decision-making and impact evaluation. Previously, Richard worked at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, holding several roles that advanced the organization's data strategy and analytics capabilities, ultimately leading to a culture of informed decision-making and operational excellence. Richard's diverse background includes experience in data visualization with the World Bank Group, engineering roles related to water resource management, and teaching GRE preparation courses. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's in Water Resources Engineering, along with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
