Jessica Pote, CPM Candidate, has extensive experience in property management and investor relations, currently serving as the Manager of Investor Relations & Business Analytics at The Richman Group since May 2014. In this role, Jessica Pote facilitates relationships between RPS and investors while ensuring effective communication across Development and Property Management divisions. Previous positions include Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of over 2,000 luxury apartment homes, and Senior Community Director for UDR, where operational oversight was provided for multiple sites in Florida. Additionally, Jessica Pote has held managerial roles at McKinley, Diocese of Orlando, Gables Residential, JMG Realty, and Pinnacle Realty, showcasing a strong background in managing diverse assets and complex projects. Jessica Pote holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, completed between 2013 and 2017.
