Kiran Kaur Barn

Kiran Kaur Barn is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Roof Gardens since October 2023. Previously, Kiran held the same title at The Conduit from December 2019 to June 2023 and was the Head of Human Resources for SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle from April 2017 to October 2019. Early career roles include HR Manager at Agent Provocateur, supporting international HR for multiple regions, and HR Manager at LVMH, where support was provided across several luxury brands. Kiran's experience also encompasses employee relations and recruitment at Selfridges, along with an earlier role at Karen Millen, progressing from Sales Consultant to Assistant Manager. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from the University of Westminster, a CIPD Advanced Level post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University, and ongoing studies in Personal Performance Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at The Coaching Academy.
