The Human Resources team at The Rose Group oversees employee relations, recruitment, and training for Applebee's restaurants across NJ, PA, DE, and MD. Key members include the VP of Human Resources, who leads strategic HR initiatives; the Director of Learning and Development, who handles training programs to enhance employee skills; and the Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for sourcing and hiring talent.
