Luay Ayyash

Luay Ayyash, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Construction at The Royal Commission for AlUla and is the Founder and Director of Luay Ayyash Research and Development since November 2020. With a solid background in management consulting and engineering, Luay Ayyash has a proven track record in leading initiatives that enhance profitability and operational performance, particularly in the Manufacturing and Construction industries. In addition to ongoing involvement with the School of Engineering Advisory Board at the American University in Dubai, previous roles include General Manager at Khansaheb Industries LLC, Manager of Projects at Drake & Scull International PJSC, and MEP Operation Manager at Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings, where Luay Ayyash specialized in managing large multidisciplinary construction projects. Luay Ayyash holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from The International Business Academy of Switzerland and advanced degrees in Construction Management and Mechanical Engineering.
