David Fendt

David is a solicitor within a commercial litigation team at a Central London law firm. Whilst much of David’s professional work involves dealing with (and in many cases settling) contentious matters, much of his role sees him act as a problem solver, identifying potential issues early in a transaction and proposing commercial solutions. Having joined The Royal School’s Local Governing Body in 2020, David is hoping to use his legal and commercial expertise to help steer the School’s future strategy in a direction that benefits its staff, students and stakeholders for many years to come.
