Charlotte Falkentoft

Charlotte Falkentoft has extensive experience in sports and education. Currently serving as Administrativ leder at Det Kongelige Teater's Den Kongelige Balletskole since January 2017, Charlotte previously worked as an HR-konsulent at Implement Consulting Group for a brief period. From 2001 to August 2016, Charlotte held several positions at Team Danmark, including Team Leader, where responsibilities included optimizing athlete performance and developing dual career programs for student athletes. Charlotte has also worked as a Sports Commentator for TV 2 DANMARK A/S during multiple Winter Olympics, and co-authored a publication on eating disorders in elite sports with Danmarks Idrætsforbund. Early coaching roles included Head Coach at Hvidovre Skøjte Klub and Sports Coordinator at Dansk Skøjte Union. Charlotte holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Copenhagen.
